My Baby is turning into a toddler!
It seems as if i blink and another 5 months fly by us! It's been a busy busy year in the Reuter household, our wedding, Turner's First Birthday, and we've settled into our New Home!!! We are incredibly blessed to be homeowners! We love our new townhome, 3 nice bedrooms, a family room with vaulted ceilings, a garage, a deck and fenced in backyard that goes right up to a golf course! We could not ask for anything better! We are eagerly awaiting Spring time, to sit on our back patio, grilling out and watching our son play in his big plastic pirate ship that Jagi bought for him! Turner just loved turning one, he was a glowing little boy as were his parents. We celebrated his birthday in Maine with both sets of grandparents and good family friends. We spent the entire time (as usual) staring at Turner and oohing and ahhing at his every move. My mother said to one of our friends "You must think we are crazy for spending so much time staring at one child" Our friend, Pat, replied "Every child should be as blessed as Turner to be surrounded by such infinite love". She sure is right, he is surrounded by infinite love! He's been walking now for about 3 months, i swear he gets faster and faster every day! He's starting to say words like "dog, mama, dada" and just loves to bable jibberish all day long, soon enough that babbling will start to make sense to us all :) He loves planes right now, as soon as he hears one he points at the sky and says "pa pa pa". He continues to be visited by his best buddy Kellen, how lucky that they've had a friend to grow together with, and yes lucky even when they are stealing and pacifiers and bottles from each other. His parents are doing well, keeping busy running after Little T, and working hard at their jobs. Andy loves his class and is beginning to think of ideas for some summer work. I am enjoying my part time work in a special needs classroom, i shadow a seven year old autistic boy named Michael, we have challenging days and then we have fun days, it's always something new there! We're sad to be saying goodbye to my parents as they leave for their move to Chicago this saturday but we know what a right thing it is for them and we look forward to making it out there for good down the road! Thanks for keeping up with us, enjoy the pictures! Love, The Reuter Family
