We're Half Way There!

Hello All- Just wanted to let you know how we're feeling. All test results came back normal so we feel very blessed it was just a fainting incident and we're both ok! Turner has been pretty busy eating(He LOVES Bananas!), sleeeping, swimming and growing. We read to him alot and enjoy talking to him often, he should be kicking any day now! I've felt a few taps here and there but no big kicks yet. I've been feeling good, just tired (I can't believe I'm already 20 weeks!Half way there!) and busy with work and making time to relax, our new favorite friday night game is "Scene It":)I've been trying to excerise three to four times a week and eating LOTS of Fruits and Veggies! Andy is still looking for a job, applying every day, we're trying to be patient knowing that alot of teaching positions don't get offered till August, it gets stressful not knowing where he'll be working but we both have faith that it will all work out! Looking forward to the beach!

Michelle requested that we put up a list of baby books we already have in case anyone was looking for books so here they are: Goodnight Moon, Runaway Bunny, Hush Little Baby, Mama If You Had A Wish, Playtime With Peter Rabbit, Love You Forver, Look What I See All Around, Peter Rabbit Songs and Rhymes, Lord God Made Us All, God Bless-My First Book of Prayers, My Daddy and I, My Dad Is Awesome, First Fairy Tales, Bedtime Stories by Hallmark and What Makes a Rainbow....
I love my Duckling, My Many Colored Days by Dr. Seuss, Pooh's learn and grow Follow The leader, Ain't No Mountain High Enough, Lift the Flap Bible book, Green Eggs and Ham, Eight Silly Monkeys

It's a Boy!

After a frightening fainting incident, a welcomed sigh of relief came when we found out we are having a boy!!!! I am feeling much better now and we feel pretty confident i just had a fainting spell- although I am not driving until my test results are back in which should be by Thursday. To ease my anxious pregnant mind, we went to my OB demanding an ultrasound and after a bit of pushing we were granted our wish to see the baby. The ultrasound was amazing! We saw every inch of little Turner Jeffrey Reuter and he even gave us a wave(picture soon to be posted)! It was an incredible moment to see our almost five month baby boy moving around and healthy:) We are so delighted to be having a boy and Andy is absolutely glowing and so proud to be having a son to play catch with. As I too feel a special bond knowing that i am carrying our little boy! We were lucky to have my mom with us for the weekend to help us through our medical concerns and to share in our special moment with Turner, thanks mom! We will keep you all updated on our health and journey, thank you for your kind thoughts and prayers.

Tummy Tracker Vol. 2

Here it is- Maria at 18 weeks! It's still hard to believe that we have a little one inside there, but it's so exciting. We do nothing but talk about whether we think it is a boy or a girl and as most of you know, we want to know in the worst way! So I'm sure the second that we know we will be on our phones calling every single person that we know to tell them- so as soon as we know, you all will too! Maria and I are really excited about the Outer Banks, although I need to freshen up on my drives off the tee so that I can hang with the pros out there on the links. Thank you to everyone for keeping us in your prayers (especially you, Renee!) We look forward to seeing everyone soon!!! Love, Andy

Baby Love

Hi everyone! We are back from our trip to Connecticut! Tracy's wedding was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed everyone's company! Still waiting to hear about a job for Andy, he's working hard at applying-please keep him in your prayers! I think I felt movement today, it was more of a brief flutter.....although maybe it was just gas..hehe The baby has been listening to some nice classical music (courtesy of Joanne!) maybe he/she will come out a musician! We also enjoy reading to the baby at night, have already started building our collection of baby books:) Still looking forward to our big ultrasound to find out the sex, we will actually be sharing our experience in a small med school class of our friend Kim's! The three of us are looking forward to the beach (although maybe not looking forward to finding a bathing suit that fits us!) Hope everyone is doing well. Love you all!
